Nsoft Solutions designs, builds, hosts and supports business software for small and medium businesses, mainly manufacturers, distributors and traders. We also build company websites.
We are not a company that sells you a box and disappears. The people who listen to how your business really works are the same people who build the system, run it in the cloud, look after your data, and answer when something needs attention.

No. Your data is in your own separate database, and inside your business, roles decide who sees what.

Our own monitoring usually tells us first. Data can be restored from the nightly backups, and you speak directly to the people who run the system.

Yes. We build custom business software, and many business rules in our products (tax rates, shift rules, approval steps) are settings held as data, so they change without rebuilding the program.
